Folios 310-311: Josiah Rogers, HMS Quebec at the Nore. Requests that Thomas Parsons Boatswain of HMS Quebec be found another ship of a similar rate as he is incapable of fulfilling his duties owing to convulsive fits and other infirmities and asks that Mr Hayles, the Boatswain of HMS Otter, who has served in that capacity for 12 years be apponted to HMS Quebec in place of Parsons.
