Folios 308-309: Josiah Rogers, HMS Quebec at the Nore. Has received information that Lieutenant George Grey, First Lieutenant of HMS Quebce, has been promoted to the rank of Master and Commander, in consequence of which he requests that the Honourable Arthur [?] now Second Lieutenant be promoted to First Lieutenant of HMS Quebec, Richard Hughes Second Lieutenant and that his brother James Rogers now Lieutenant on HMS Comet at this port be appointed third Lieutenant of HMS Quebec.
