Folios 266-267: Mark Robinson, HMS Brilliant at Deptford. States that on hearing that His Royal Highness the Duke of York was to embark troops on board the transports at Greenwich he would get the boats of HMS Brilliant ready to assist in the embarkation which he has reason to believe was found to be useful and is pleased to say that this was completed without any accident after which His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales did him the honour to send for his boat to visit the different ships which he personally steered. He hopes their Lordships approve of his conduct.
