Folios 230-231: Lewis Robertson, HMS Alarm, Eddy Stone. Reports leaving the Downs on the 25 [September 1793] and on the same day meeting a Jersey privateer the Enterprize, Hillary Missorvy, Commander, who had boarded and had with him a ship from Philadelphia bound to Havre with the muster of which was found with despatches. Having been ordered not to call at Plymouth he has sent these documents by a fishing boat to Admiral Cotton requesting they are forwarded immediately.
