Minutes of proceedings of the Committee of Council at which the Lord Privy Seal, Lord Rochester and Secretary Trenchard were present and discussed the following articles [of the Articles of Limerick]: Article 10 the estates and persons of outlaws [rapparees] from Ireland; Article 13 the date of the beginning of the late war there; Article 14 the desirability of having the Lord Keeper, the judges and the King's Council consider and report 'how the articles of Limerick in that particular may be made good; Article 15 the settlement of outstanding claims. The fortification of Limerick was also discussed.
