Matters dealt with: a letter to be written to the Lord Mayor of London to call a Common Council; a letter to the Judge of the Prerogative [Court] and Dean of Arches requiring their attendance at the examination of the Committee for trying the King's subjects taken at sea under King James's commission; Sir Cloudesley Shovell's memorial; the establishment of the marine regiments; and Sir Charles Porter's proposals concerning cruising in the Irish seas.
