Folios 68-69. 'An inventory of the papers found aboard the 'Judith and Ann' pink of Romansgate [Ramsgate, Kent] John Rutter, master, bound for London, being a vessel hired to transport French prisoners from England or Ireland to France'. Below the inventory are copies of a letter dated 21 March 1693 from Joseph Dulivier at Paris to Captain Rutter at St Malo and an order from Messieurs Drake (William Churchill and Alston) of St Malo to Rutter. The letter refers to the loading of currants, but no other goods, at Nantes for delivery to Mr Thomas Shepard in London. There is also a note about a prize ship that put into Portsmouth with a cargo of walnut planks and linen about which 'the Lords may please to enquire of Captain St Loe who was at Portsmouth when this ship was brought in by Captain [?Edward] Baker, Captain [?Jedidiah] Barker and Captain Car [?William Kerr]'.
