Folios 370-371: James Young, HMS Unicorn, Spithead. He responds to a letter asking him for reasons he didn't proceed with the Convoy to the Downs. He replies that strong winds forced him to anchor at Falmouth. He informs them that HMS Unicorn has received the Prize money and is in readiness to proceed wherever ordered.
