Description

Folios 140-141. An account of the estates of [Jacobite] Englishmen now in France with the late King [James], namely Lord Powis, Lord Castlemain, Lord Stafford, Lord Witherington, Sir Edward Hales, Mr Warmsley, Mr Carryll of Sussex, Mr Currell of the North, Mr Brown the late Montague of Coudray's br [brother], Sir John Gifford, George Porter vice-chamberlain to the late King, Sir Thomas Strickland, Sir Roger Strickland, Mr Strickland vice-chamberlain to the late Queen [Mary of Modena],Mr Richard Biddall a bed-chamberman to the late King, Mr Robert Brent, Coll [Colonel] Feilding that married Lady Purbeck, Coll [Colonel] Ennis [Innes], Mr Herbert, Lord Stafford's two brs [brothers] Francis and John, Sir John Sparrow, Madam Timperley widow [and] Sir John Sparrow's daughter, Mr Guylliam's son, Brumfield, Capt [Captain] Trevanion, Mr David Lloyd, Dr Conquest's brother and Mr Walgrave, the two Mr Sheldons, Mr Smith, Mr Hawkins of Kent, Sir John Parsons, and many others.

Following the list are memoranda mentioning Mr Steer, Mr John Fitzgerald, Vincent Nerring's and partner in Rotterdam, Sir Francis de Kenute in Rotterdam, Sir Waldegrave in Bruges, Mr Courcy at The Hague, Mr Edward Nosworthy and Mr Borlace of Cornwall, Harborow a quack-doctor, and Hughes a bookbinder in Paternoster Row.
