Folios 107-108. Letter from the victuallers of the Navy [Victualling Commissioners], namely Jh [John] Parsons, Nic [Nicholas] Fenn and An [Anthony] Sturt, to the Committee for the affairs in Ireland. They heard from Mr Addis of Plymouth that the ships carrying last month's provisions for Ireland are still at Plymouth for want of convoy and that the provisions, the bread especially, are very much damnified because of the weather. They pray their Lordships that there may be orders for the dispatch. They already have shipped some part of the provisions, as the regiments are now going to Nevis, and they're asking to be paid.
