The Earl of Nottingham sends to [the Earl of Shrewsbury] a commission of appeals prepared by Mr Attorney with a list of privy councillors most likely to attend it, for His Majesty's approval. He has also given to the King the paper he received from [John] Tillotson, about King's College and the University of Cambridge. Mentions the Dean of Canterbury, Dr Craddock and Mr [John] Hartcliffe.See also previous folio.
