Folio 75. On [Owen] Banahan to the Earl of Shrewsbury. He has been detained for six months without the least manner of subsistence and nothing appeared against him; more than that he was quarter-master under the late King. He begs Shrewsbury to consider his starving condition and order him the usual allowance to prisoners, or the liberty of the city.
