Robt [Robert] Prickett, from Wresle [Wressle] in Yorkshire, informing the Earl of Shrewsbury that Mr John Davidson of Holden [?Howden] brought him, as a justice of the peace, the printed papers enclosed; and seeing them to be seditious and of dangerous consequence, he examined Davidson on oath, who deposed they were brought to him by the common post.
