Sir Rupert Billingsley, from Berwick [Upon Tweed], informing the Earl of Shrewsbury that in April he gave his lordship an account of him seizing one Vaudry, 'a papist', one Mr Kingsley, and one Comins, an 'Irish papist', who were going to serve King James. They are still in custody; Billingsley desires Lord Shrewsbury's commands in this affair.
