Folios 23-24. The Earl of Torrington, on board their Majesties ship 'Elizabeth' in Torbay, to the Earl of Shrewsbury. Note saying 'This serves only to recommend to your lordship's favour the bearer, Mr Apollos Morris, an English gentleman, who has been serviceable to the protestant interest in Ireland, and fitly qualified to give your Lordship a good account of the state of affairs in that country'.
