A letter concerning [the South Sea Company and its absconded cashier] Robert Knight, [who is presently detained in Antwerp Castle, Brabant, Austrian Netherlands] and Colonel [Charles] Churchill's mission to bring him back to England. Tilson mentions the role of Mr de Saph [?Francois-Louis de Pesmes de Saint-Saphorin], and his own difficult relations with him; and he mentions seeing 'poor Turner' and hopes Leathes may be able to provide him relief.
