A letter concerning the English Woollen Manufactury in France, from some of those [artificers] formerly engaged there, who claim money laid out by [ambassadors] Lord Stair and Sir Robert Sutton has been denied them through misappropriation by [?Henry] [?Richard] Sulley [Sully], [?John] [?Thomas] Pagett, Blekey [William Blakey], and Reith. Treason is alleged against Paget. Some signatures are obscured by damage to the document.
