Description

Folios 79-80. To Attorney General or Solicitor General.

A warrant, concerning clandestine marriages and other illegal practices, for the preparation of a bill for Doctor John King, a governor of Sutton hospital or Charterhouse hospital, Middlesex, to visit 'churches and chapels under Royal [Peculiars] jurisdiction within 20 miles of London, naming St James's in Duke's Place, [London] and Trinity in the Minories [London].
