A letter from Pinet asking Mr du Bourdieu [Jean or Jean Armand Dubourdieu], minister of the French [Huguenot] Church of the Savoy, to send someone so he can hand-deliver a letter containing information about the government. The Secretary of State cannot know about it though, because he refused to listen to Pinet.
