Copy of 'King Henry the 4th [Henri IV] of France's harangue to the Assembly of the Notables in Rouen' [Normandy], France [held in 1596], followed by a copy of the King's [Louis XV] declaration regarding the trial of the Duc de la Force [Henri-Jacques Nompar de Caumont] in 1721. [Note the King of France was only eleven years of age at the time of the trial; his Kingdom under the Regency of Philippe, Duke of Orléans.
