A letter outlining the case of Francis [Francois] Stafford, a captain of horse in the Bourbon Regiment of the Spanish service. He boarded a ship from [La] Coruna [Spain], without knowing where he was bound, but was captured the next day. Stafford is acquainted with Lady O'Neal. [Dated as per SP 36/87/2/9].
