Assistance for those desiring to travel to Holland [Netherlands] is to be made available from Mr John Vat at Gregsons Coffee House, behind he Royal Exchange [London]; and the 'obstinate' may be exposed to the laws against vagrancy. Endorsed [in the hand of Charles Delafaye: 'Advertisement about the poor Germans'. [?Poor Palatine refugees].
