A petition concerning plans by the governor of the Island and Fort of Providence [Rhode Island] and the rest of the ?Batrorma Islands to garrison with his Independent Company and to raise stores and munitions from Ireland at Cork and near Kinsale. The petitioner proposes that his Company be put on the American Establishment; and to victual them at 6d per day, with fresh supplies from Carolina and the other plantations.
