Description

Folio 114. From [Sir] P [Philip] Yorke.

Letter from the Attorney-General requesting copies of the original Latin memorial of Monsieur de Palm [the Habsburg Emperor Charles VI's Resident in Britain] and Count Zinzendorf's letter and if possible 'a copy of the printed English translation, which is handed about, for I cannot procure one. Something very remarkable seems to me to arise on comparing the original Latin and that translation'.
