Letter enclosing the Advocate-General's report and giving the directions of the Lords Justices on it. He also says that he is enclosing a copy of a letter from the Duke of Newcastle to Monsieur Chammorel, Secretary at the French Embassy in London, regarding the claim by a French fisherman that his nets were taken from him by a British ship. Monsieur [Charles Gaspard] Dodun Controller-General of Finances is mentioned.
