Memorandum of Agreement between William Emblen of Longburton, Dorset, yeoman, bailiff to the Honourable Mrs Grace Thynn, for and on her behalf of the one part and Daniel Holland of Holnest, Dorset, yeoman, of the other part to procure the grant of a lease for seven years to the said Daniel Holland of the messuage called Little Burton Farm House and other property as described in the memorandum. Signed and sealed by the parties in the presence of Elizabeth Taylor and Rob [Robert] Banbury junior.
