Petition showing that several of their ships have lately been met by Swedish men-of-war and ordered not to proceed to St Petersburg, threatening them with seizure and confiscation on their return if they did so. They pray for an adequate convoy for their ships or 'such other speedy relief' as the King thinks fit. Signed by George Morley, Secretary.
