Petition of Alexander Mackener, gunner, Morgan Donavan, Samuel Tirold, John Hughey and 42 other seamen that they were seized on board the ship 'Revolution', Andrew Gardner master, at Genoa by Captain Scott of HMS Dragon who put them aboard HMS Winchester to be returned to England with the assurance that they should have the same pay and allowances as they had aboard the 'Revolution'; that they have been discharged from their close confinement aboard HMS Torbay and Nassau without their wages and do not know where to apply for them and praying for relief.
