Petition that fine wicker work for glass bottles etcetera is not made in Great Britain which the petitioner proposes to remedy by bringing over a sufficient number of skilled workers to instruct some of the people here so that the work can continue to the country's benefit and praying for Letters Patent to be granted for 14 years for the sole right to make all such fine wicker work.
