Memorial. That he has been without pay since 18 January last [1718] when he was commissioned captain for the Artillery Company in Scotland and praying that the warrant for his pay may be for the 'full 8 shillings per diem'. Endorsed ; The Board of Ordnance is to be directed to pay him £120 per annum'.
