Memorial of James Cook late master of the 'Robert' of Anstruther [Fife] concerning the seizure of his vessel and cargo off Gothenburg by the Swedish privateer the 'Flying Fish' commanded by Captain Martin Branno and owned by Rear Admiral Baron Carl [Georg] Siobladh [Siöblad] who claimed to the Swedish Court of Admiralty that the vessel was 'a Loaden Drager and unfree ship' thereby leading to it and its cargo being declared a 'good prize'. [Note the document appears to be incomplete].
