Part 2, Folios 125-126.

A memorandum outlining the diplomatic, military and domestic policy in opposition to [Spain's chief minister] Cardinal Alberoni, mentioning: plans to make a landing in Ireland or Scotland; actions against the [Holy Roman] Emperor [Charles VI] and Austrian interests in Naples; plans to establish a woollen and glass industry in Spain, by importing labour from Flanders and Holland [Netherlands], mentioning Madrid; customs reforms, mentioning Bilbao, San Sebastien, Biscay seaports, and the Captain General the Prince of Campoflorido; the banishment of mutinous regiments in Barcelona; the willingness of Biscayans to revolt and offer alleigance to the Emperor or France. [Date between Alberoni's elevation as Cardinal and his dismissal as chief minister].
