A letter from the Commissioners of Forfeiture [of Jacobite estates], enclosing the draft of an instrument to extinguish a grant in favour of the children of the late Lord Widdrington should they become Protestant. (1) Draft of Instrument as above, with an open date in 1719, referring to Joseph Banks, of Revesby Abbey, Lincolnshire, to whom the estate has been sold. (2) A similar draft, naming the commissioners, George Treby, Richard Gremthem, George Gregory, Arthur Ingram, Sir Richard Steel, Sir Henry Hoghton, Patrick Haldane, Sir Thomas Hales, Robert Mundro, Henry Cunninghame, Denis Bond, John Birch, Serjeant at Law, Sir John Eyles, and Charles Long.
