A letter stating that he has stopped 'the Instrument of Ratification' to which he had already put the seal, 'upon an objection that I put to Lord Sunderland and Mr Secretary', although the Attorney General is unavailable. Relates to whether the instrument is to be in the name of the Lords Justices, or the [absent] King.
