A draft of a warrant for a commission of Oyer and Terminer and Gaol delivery for the County Palatine of Lancaster, [in the context of the Battle of Preston and the Jacobite Rebellion]. (1) Draft of a warrant appointing to the commission: the Earl of Aylesford; James, Earl of Derby; George, Earl of Warrington; Sir Thomas Parker, Chief Justice of the King's Bench; Sir Peter King, Chief Justice of the Common Pleas; Sir Samuel Dodd, Chief Baron of the Exchequer; Sir Littleton Powys; Sir John Blencowe; Robert Tracy; Sir Thomas Bury; Robert Price; Robert Dormer; Sir Robert Eyre; Sir John Pratt; Sir James Montagu; Sir Henry Hoghton; Sir Edward Stanley; Sir Ralph Asheton; Edward Vawdry; Thomas Stanley; Samuel Crooke; Oswald Mosley; Edward Wilson; Thomas Molyneaux; and Thomas Horton.
