A report on Lord Coningsby's resolve to establish his daughter as his heir, rather than his sons, mentioning an extraordinary limitation in his warrant to be a baron. Coningsby claims his eldest son's wife is a 'Papist' [Roman Catholic] and a 'lewd women' whose son was not his grandchild, but the son of Lord Wharton; while Lord Coningsby says his second son was 'good for nothing'. Precedence is referred to with the Duke of Queensbery, and Lord Jeffrys [Jeffreys]. Mentions [George] Tilson.
