Description

Part 2, Folios 108-109. From Eliz [Elizabeth] Levett. To [? Charles Delafaye].

That since the trial [? George Kelly] her house has been 'beset with rogues' who, she believes, want to murder or abduct her in revenge for giving evidence about Mrs Barnes 'as let me in the secrets of their villany' and begging that some of either the messengers gentlemen of the Guards be sent to remain with her until Sunday morning.
