Part 2, Folio 90. From [Daniel] DeFoe. To Charles Delafaye.
'Sir, I was just going home this morning very ill when I met my son with whom your messenger left an order to attend you, which though it was for tomorrow I chose to come today lest I should not be able to come out tomorrow for I have not till yesterday been out of doors these [?] weeks past. I shall wait your order but if I might be admitted to see you it will be a singular favour'.
