Enclosing the petition of the inhabitants of Wakefield with annexed certificate from the Justices of the Peace in the Quarter Sessions. He discloses that the Vicar of Wakefield has not yet consented 'pretending to have previously settled on him and his successors an equivalent for the loss which he pretends he will sustain by the lessening [of] the voluntary contributions of his parishioners upon the excution of a new chapel in his parish'.
