The King approves most the ways of mildness and gentleness towards his subjects when they are disposed to return to their duty, and His Majesty was concerned at what happened at Bradford to exasperate the minds of the weavers again' and agrees that those already committed should remain so and no further concessions made. Mr Cooper may promise that no more weavers will be arrested or prosecuted if they remain peaceable. Two copies.
