A warrant for a noli prosequi in the case against John Smallwood brought by the East India Company in the Court of Exchequer for trading within the company's limits. Smallwood, a merchant of London, has petitioned on his own behalf and on that of John Baker, Thomas Webb, Henry Baker and Thomas Herberts, owners of the 'Henrietta and Coker'.
