A letter stating that he has visited Mr Cooper's prisoner, and identifying him as not being the same man [as the one they are apparently looking for]. Murray knows the prisoner by sight, having met him first in Rotordame [Rotterdam, Netherlands] with General Hamilton, and later in Haridge toune [i.e. the 'Harwich Town' public house, London] when he dined with Obrian [O'Brien].
