A letter concerning the printing in English of a pamphlet translated from the French, entitled 'A Letter to a Member of Parliament of Great Britain', in which the writer seeks clarification of whether the printer, Mr Wilkins, has been given permission to proceed with publication. The letter is endorsed 'M L [?My Lord] wrote Mr Wilkins the printer not to print the pamphlet'.
