A copy of a deposition by George James, of Little Britain [London], printer, concerning the failed efforts of [Christopher] Perry and another man to persuade him to print, in the 'Post Boy', a manifesto from [Spain's Ambassador in London] the Marquis of Pozzobueno. The manifesto related to the detention of the Duke of Ripperda at the residence of the British ambassador in Madrid, Colonel [William] Stanhope.
