A seized manifesto concerning Spain's Ambassador in London] the Marquis of Pozzobueno's account of the detention of the Duke of Ripperda at the residence of the British ambassador in Madrid, Colonel [William] Stanhope. He'd taking refuge there when charged with treason against the King of Spain [Philip V]. The letter was taken from Mr Perry's pocket by the messengers Daniel Chandler and John Turner [senior].
