Addressing Sir Robert Walpole as Chancellor of the Exchequer and one of the Lords of the Regency. Complaining of the failure to provide him with suitable work and recognise his role in halting the fraudulent exportation of wool. Warns that the wool trade with Ireland is in danger. The Commisioners of Ireland funded his journey, and he asks for assistance to return to his poor family.
