Reprimands him for not answering Admiral Camocke's letters. He was more compliant when the Duke of Ormond[e] was involved. The author praises their religion. He instructs Lawrence to go to Cadiz, in sailor's clothes. A man has been appointed to look out for him on London ships ostensibly to take him to Court. He and his family are reassured of a safe and comfortable future. He is warned that there is a 'great Raskal' [Russian], an enemy, in a position of power in England, and to keep the letter safe.
