Folio 209. 'Alterations proposed to be made in the bill for pardoning several persons on condition of transportation to America. Memorandum the several alterations in this bill were made in the presence and by the direction of their Excellencies the Lords Justices [namely] Thomas Furnival in the third line James Lindsey in the fourth line James Wilding Richard Morison in the fifth line and John Beaton in the sixth line were severally erased and struck out. N [nota] B [bene] This memorandum is proposed to be wrote in the margin of the bill'.
