Folio 203. Memorandums relating to the following Jacobite prisoners: Charles Deacon [schoolboy ensign of the Manchester Regiment]; George Ramsay; Adam Hay; John Farquharson; Charles Gordon. 'The Earl of Findlater is of the opinion, that those rebel prisoners proposed to be pardoned on condition of never returning into any part of His Majesty's dominions, should be pardoned on condition of their remaining in America'. [further memorandums in the same hand continued in ff.205-206].
