Folios 182-184. [Jacobite] rebel prisoners under sentence of death 'who upon the best information Mr Sharpe can get appear to be really gentlemen'. Names: John Burnett; Allan Cameron; James Farquharson of Monaltry; Adam Hay; Sir James Kinloch; Alexr [Alexander] Kinloch; Charles Kinloch; Roderick McCulloch; James Stormonth of Pitscandlie; Sir David Murray; Lawrence Mercer; William Sharpe; Henry Clarke. A further list of rebel prisoners under sentence of death 'as Mr Sharpe apprehends do not properly fall under the description of gentlemen but are above the rank of common men'. Names: William Brittough alias Britter; Charles Deacon; Thomas Furnival; James Gordon (son of Charles Gordon of Tarpesie executed at Carlisle); Charles Gordon; James Gad; Alexr [Alexander] Mckenzie; Henry Moir; Charles Oliphant; James Stewart; John Sanderson; William Home; Robert Maxwell; Andrew Porteous; James Smith; Robert Wright; Robert Forbes.
